Code of Conduct

InVivo Therapeutics enjoys a good reputation, and our values and standards are not new. Recognizing that we operate in a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment, we could easily lose our good name if we do not continually reinforce our values and standards with our employees. To ensure that integrity remains a continuing priority for InVivo Therapeutics and that employees understand the Company's expectations, our employees suggested that the Company's basic guidelines on business practices be compiled into one booklet to use as a reference tool.

InVivo Therapeutics established and amended its Code of Conduct, Our Values and Standards Edition, effective March 1, 2006. We reaffirm our mission and our commitment to scientific excellence, ethics and integrity.

We actively promote the development of codes and standards for ethical and transparent business practices that can help limit corruption, ensure fair and open competition and encourage a better business environment, which are essential to economic growth and improved standards of living.
